Stem-type safety cut-out operates by opening and closing a snap-action switch in the load circuit. It consists of a brass tubing that acts as a sensor for operating and as soon as the particular temperature is reached the switch opens and thus switches off the mains supply to the load. It works in the system once the thermostat does not work. However, it is re-connected manually.
APPLICATION
It is installed in the system as an additional safety (Second Safety) to the thermostat.
